This project included demolition of the existing Blackshear Stadium and the construction of a new $60 million stadium in its location. Panther Stadium was transformed into a state-of-the-art facility that seats 15,000 people with the capacity to expand for 30,000 people. The new complex opened for the 2016 football season.

Fannin County Courthouse Restoration
The historical restoration of the Fannin County Courthouse reconstructs the tower and mansard roof and brings back the original, 1888 rough-cut limestone exterior walls. The state of Texas targeted this downtown Bonham courthouse for its Historic Courthouse Preservation Program. Part of the restoration involved completely gutting the interior and stripping the exterior.
The Epic
This new $75 million water park-anchored development brings a large recreational hub to the City of Grand Prairie. The Epic boasts to be the finest health/wellness/life enrichment/water park/recreation center in all of America. This project includes a library, amphitheater at Central Park, trails, an all-accessible playground, a grand lawn, and outdoor water attractions.
Restoration Hardware Gallery
