As part of a broader statewide effort known as Project Thor, CEC installed underground fiber-optic conduit between Grand Junction and Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This project provided better broadband access to residents and businesses, as well as creating a secondary option for critical infrastructures like hospitals and public safety organizations. CEC installed along cliffsides, three tunnels, and 15 miles of retaining walls.
